Eng. Osama Nassar is widely recognized as a pioneer in recycling across the Middle East and Africa. In 2009, he established the region’s first polyester fiber recycling facility, setting a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the industry.
Building on this success, Eng. Osama Nassar expanded operations into thermoformed food packaging solutions, further diversifying production capabilities and reinforcing a commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

Nadeen Nassar
Nadeen is a driven and fast rising business leader known for her sharp execution and global mindset. From an early age, she demonstrated exceptional discipline by completing her schooling two years ahead of schedule. She then pursued Entrepreneurship at NTU in England where her graduation project focused primarily on developing a recycling factory. This reflected her early commitment to the sustainability industry.
At just 12 years old, she was sent to China alone, where she tried to master the language and adapt to a highly diverse and international environment. By the age of 15, she had already gained exposure within the European Union, showcasing her ability to operate confidently in global and high-level settings.
Throughout her university years, she actively sought hands-on experience, working across various roles (from warehouses to corporate management at a recycling plant in England) to build practical knowledge, resilience and a deep understanding of business operations.
With over 4 years of professional experience, she has worked closely alongside Eng. Osama Nassar, gaining in depth expertise in recycling, manufacturing and global trade. Having been involved in the business since childhood, she brings both strategic vision and real operational insight.
Today, she represents a new leadership driven, globally aware and results-driven generation. She is focused on expanding markets, building powerful partnerships and driving the business forward with strength, precision and ambition.
